What is RF and how does it work?

The treatment also triggers a second response by producing new collagen leading to significant change in skin appearance. A result of collagen remodeling is tighter, younger looking skin.
What should I expect during the treatment?
During the procedure, deep skin layers are gradually heated, while the skin surface remains around 40c. Your skin temperature will be constantly monitored. Depending on the size of the treated area, treatment may take between 45 -75 minutes. The treatment is relaxing, pain free and has no side effects.
What is the recovery time?
Following treatment, you can immediately resume your routine activities. You may notice slight redness around the treated area, which usually disappears within a couple of hours.
How many treatments are required to see results?
According to your treatment program, consist of a series of 4 to 8 treatments, (depending on age and the quality of the skin) in one to two-week intervals. You should start seeing improvement in your skin following the fourth treatment, but more improvement will gradually appear as the treatment progresses. As new collagen is formed, more natural looking and firmer skin will be produced. The gradual improvement in your skin will continue even after completion of the series. A hydrated skin is recommended for optimal results.

What should you expect after the treatment?
You will be able to cover the treatment area with makeup and resume normal activities about 30 minutes after treatment completion. Any skin swelling and redness will disappear within 2-3 hours after the treatment.
After 2 days you may notice small, microscopic crusts on the treated area. These crusts are easily covered by makeup and will resolve naturally 5-7 days after the treatment.
Within one week after the treatment, your skin will show the benefits of a firmer, brighter, smoother look. Four weeks after treatment a collagen remodeling process will start leading to long term improvement in the condition of your skin.
